A gentle reminder

Owen has taken it upon himself to remind me that my nose is on the slightly larger size. As we all know by now, breastfeeding ain't just for the nutrients anymore! He has now discovered he can shove his fingers up my nose with pin point accuracy. And this is the kid who bops himself in the eye with a toy hammer. But clearly my landing strip size nose is no challenge. So he delights in shoving his little fingers (thankfully only one at a time) up. It doesn't matter how many times I tell him not to... I guess it blocks his view of everything else... sigh.

Of course the sweet revenge is that he doesn't realise how big his nose is going to get!! The evil retribution that is genetics!!

P.S. and yes I still breastfeed. Owen also eats cereal and will start veggies next month. But he will breastfeed till I go back to work. And then he will be down to one feeding a day. That's what works for us and we are sticking to it. And we are quite happy albeit defensive about it.
